Mark Wendland
As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Canton Strategic Holdings, Mark Wendland oversees the company’s digital asset treasury strategy, including its Super Validator operations and ongoing investment in activities that support the Canton Network. Prior to joining the company through its digital asset strategy launch in November 2025, Mark Wendland was Partner and Chief Operating Officer at DRW, a global trading firm with decades of experience across diverse markets and asset classes, including commodities, real estate, venture capital, and crypto assets. Mark joined DRW as its Global Head of Treasury in 2019. Previously he led U.S. Operations, Global Fixed Income Finance, Counterparty Strategy and Relationship Management at Citadel.


Mark Toomey
In his role as President, Mark Toomey leads relationship management and partnerships as well as business development. Mark previously served as Managing Director and Head of Business Development at Liberty City Ventures, as well as holding roles at Galaxy Asset Management, leading Global Distribution and serving as a member of the firmwide Executive Committee as well as the Galaxy Asset Management Operating Committee. Prior to Galaxy, Mark spent nearly two decades at Goldman Sachs, most recently as a Managing Director running Institutional Equity Derivatives Sales.


Jacob Asbury
Jacob Asbury brings nearly two decades of financial leadership across capital markets, brokerage, and fintech. Before joining Canton Strategic Holdings, Jacob served as Chief Financial Officer at Clear Street Group, Inc., where he oversaw strategic financial operations for a leading prime brokerage platform. He later founded and led an independent advisory practice focused on financial systems implementation, reporting optimization, and process automation. Earlier in his career, Jacob held CFO roles at Performance Flight & Custom Jet Charters and Instinet Incorporated.


Angela Radkowski
As Chief Operating Officer, Angela has responsibility for all control functions, processes, and operations, including implementation of its Canton Network quarterly research and Super Validator activation. Prior to her appointment, Ms. Radkowski served as Operations Strategy Lead and Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer at DRW Holdings LLC, advising senior leadership, coordinating cross-functional communication, and managing high-priority, enterprise-level initiatives. Ms. Radkowski previously held positions within Citadel LLC’s Treasury and Engineering organizations, where she was responsible for coordinating enterprise deliverables involving optimization, data engineering, and technology upgrades.
Clinical-stage Biotech Research
Canton Strategic Holdings also operates a clinical-stage biotech research and development arm. Its lead clinical asset, GV104, is being developed for a specific indication via a 505(b)2 pathway for respiratory and/or nervous system depression in military personnel and chemical incident responders who may encounter high-potency opioids. The expanded pipeline includes other indications for GV104 and GV023, a new approach to autoimmune diseases as well as an early-stage multispecific biologic platform.
